Welcome to Arabian Skyline Tourism (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing our website https://arabianskylinetourism.com/ or booking our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before making any booking. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not proceed.

1. Booking & Payment

Bookings can be made directly on our website, by email, or through our support team.

To confirm your spot, we require either:

      • Full payment at the time of booking, or a deposit (if offered for certain tours).

      • Payments can be made via credit/debit card, bank transfer, or other secure methods we provide.

2. Cancellations & Refunds

If you cancel:

    • 7+ days before your tour → Full refund.

    • 3–6 days before your tour → 50% refund.

    • Less than 48 hours before your tour → Non-refundable.

3. Travel Requirements

  • Please make sure you have the correct visa, valid passport, and any health documents needed for your visit.

  • We can guide you, but the final responsibility lies with you.

4. Safety & Responsibility

  • Our guides follow all safety standards and local laws. Please respect their instructions during tours.

  • We are not responsible for personal belongings lost or left behind.

  • Some tours involve outdoor activities. By booking, you accept that there are natural risks involved (weather, terrain, etc.).

5. Insurance

  • Travel/health insurance is not included in our tours.

  • We strongly recommend you have coverage for medical emergencies, cancellations, or personal belongings.

6. Third-Party Services

  • We sometimes work with trusted local partners (hotels, transport providers, activity operators).

  • We carefully choose them, but they are responsible for their own services.

7. Changes to Itinerary

  • Occasionally, due to weather, government rules, or safety concerns, we may adjust the schedule or activities.

  • If major changes happen, we’ll inform you as early as possible and offer suitable alternatives.

8. Amendments & Updates

  • We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time without notice.

  • Updated versions will be posted on this page with a new “Last Updated” date.

  • Continued use after revision implies acceptance of the updated Terms.

9. Complaints & Claims

  • While on your trip, please report any issues to our local representative or tour operator immediately.

  • Issues not raised during the trip must be submitted via email within 7 days of return.

  • Failure to report promptly may affect your ability to make a claim.
